PSI Core aims to represent its work, methods, experience, and limitations accurately. Information should not be exaggerated, selectively presented, or framed in a way that creates a misleading impression of certainty, effectiveness, or scientific support.

Where interpretation is required, the distinction between recorded session material, subsequent analysis, external verification, and broader conclusions should remain clear.

PSI Core will never undertake a remote viewing assignment that is or could reasonably be construed as contrary to the protection of the national or domestic security interests of the state.

All activities should respect applicable law, individual rights, privacy, and legitimate interests of others.

A request, project, or task should not be accepted when its purpose is clearly unlawful, abusive, or incompatible with these principles. Client instructions do not override legal or ethical responsibilities.

Controlled Remote Viewing should be conducted with clearly defined procedures appropriate to the purpose of the activity.

Where relevant, this includes attention to tasking, blinding, documentation, timing, feedback, analysis, and the preservation of source material.

The existence of a structured protocol does not by itself establish that information produced during a session is accurate or externally verified.

Non-public information entrusted to PSI Core should be treated confidentially and disclosed only where authorized, necessary for the agreed work, or legally required.

Confidentiality applies to client information, project materials, session records, research material, correspondence, and other information obtained through professional activities.

Personal and sensitive information should be handled with particular care.

Only information reasonably necessary for the relevant activity should be collected, retained, processed, or shared. Information concerning identifiable individuals should not be published or distributed without an appropriate basis for doing so.

Session content concerning a person should not automatically be treated as verified personal information.

Professional judgment should remain independent of commercial, personal, ideological, or reputational pressure.

Potential conflicts of interest should be identified and, where relevant, disclosed. Work should be declined or appropriately limited when independence cannot reasonably be maintained.

Results should not be altered, suppressed, or selectively presented because they are inconvenient to a preferred interpretation.

PSI Core distinguishes between observation, session data, interpretation, verification, and scientific evidence.

Claims should reflect the strength and provenance of the underlying evidence. Unverified Remote Viewing material should not be presented as established fact, and individual cases should not be treated as sufficient evidence for broad conclusions about effectiveness or reliability.

Uncertainty, contradictory information, unsuccessful results, and methodological limitations should be retained where they are relevant to interpretation.

PSI Core does not support activities whose clear purpose is to facilitate unlawful conduct, harassment, coercion, exploitation, or deliberate harm to individuals or organizations.

Particular caution is required where information could affect the reputation, safety, privacy, legal position, or important decisions of another person.

Remote Viewing material should not be used as the sole basis for consequential decisions where independent evidence or conventional verification is reasonably available.

Ethical and methodological standards are not static. PSI Core therefore treats this Codex as a framework for continuing review as its practical, instructional, and research activities develop.

Responsible practice requires not only attention to what can be explored, but also to how information is produced, documented, interpreted, communicated, and used.
